CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/1/2015 dated April 13, 2015 and no. CFD/DCR2/CIR/P/2016/131 dated Dec 09, 2016. The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170202-34 dated Feb 02, 2017, has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that Mr. Kishorechand Bansal (“Acquirer 1”), Mrs. Gulshan Bansal (“Acquirer 2”), Mrs. Puneet Bansal(“Acquirer 3”) and Mr. Shrenik Diwanji (“Acquirer 4”) are making this delisting offer to the Public Shareholders of the Company (Delisting Offer - of 9,95,920 Equity Shares (“Offer Shares”) representing 49.80% of the total Share Capital paid-up of face value of Rs. 10 /- each of Anupama Steel Limited), pursuant to Regulation 5A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations (“SEBI (SAST) Regulations”) read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 (“Delisting Regulations”), and are inviting the Public Shareholders to tender their fully paid-up equity shares from 14th February, 2017 to 20th February, 2017.
